1 Day BFT Supervisors Course 21.05.2025

Are you trained in BFT and working with families? Would you like to be able to supervise others in the delivery of BFT? This course is for you!
This one-day course will enable participants to deliver supervision for BFT trained staff. The course will cover the following aspects:
- Preparing supervisees for a supervision session
- Running a supervision session
- Ensuring supervisees have a clear action plan between supervision sessions
- Maintaining attendance at supervision
- Managing challenges in supervision
- Reporting attendance at supervision and linking with organisational strategies about the implementation of BFT
To access this course, delegates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Completed the five- day BFT course
- Attended at least 10 sessions of monthly BFT supervision in the year post training
- Used BFT with at least two families
The course will be delivered by clinicians with experience of using BFT with families and delivering BFT training and supervision. The course will involve presentations, group discussions and facilitated role play.
A place on this intensive one-day course is £350 per person. This includes access to all course materials.
