The Mental Health Foundation has some useful information and suggestions to help you  look after your mental wellbeing.

The NHS five steps to mental wellbeing – steps we can all take to improve our mental wellbeing:

  1. Connect with other people
  2. Be physically active
  3. Learn new skills
  4. Give to others
  5. Pay attention to the present moment (mindfulness)

The NHS Mental Health and wellbeing pages are also good if you are feeling low or anxious and include a mood self-assessment as well as audio-guides to help manage your mood and anxiety levels.

Managing your stress levels is a very important part of maintaining your wellbeing.  Check out:
